What does Pre-Order mean?
Great question! Pre-Order means that you are purchasing your product ahead of time as it's being made. Our Pre-Order model is a great way for us to provide the exact amount of product in demand without creating excess inventory that would eventually lead to waste. This is the most ethical and sustainable way to combat against fast fashion.
How long does the Pre-Order take?
Pre-Orders can take 8-12 weeks depending on factors like production, shipping and processing. Each listing will provide the estimated month of arrival. Not including shipping from Chrissa Sparkles HQ to your destination address.
What does Made to Order mean?
Another great question! Made to Order means that an item is made just for you! We don't hold inventory on most products and are only made on demand, specifically for our customers.
How long does a Made to Order item take?
Please allow 4-6 weeks for production, shipping and processing. Not including shipping time from Chrissa Sparkles HQ to your destination address.
SIZING
How can I tell if it's my size?
You can take a look at the Size Guide to see the best measurements. Active Leggings and Sports Bras have their own sizing. Knits have individualized sizing according to style.

Why is every style sized differently?
Each garment is specially made with a specific fit in mind. Most of our oversized styles are unique to Chrissa Sparkles, as we like to accommodate a range of sizes from X-Small to 4X.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
How do I wash my Chrissa Sparkles pieces?
All knits, activewear, swimwear and tees can be machine washed in cold water and hang dry for garment longevity.
What if it's a special Chrissa Sparkles piece with intricate fabric and trim?
We recommend handwashing your garment carefully with cold water and leaving to hang dry with love.

What if I need to change and cancel my order?
E-mail hello@chrissasparkles.com for inquiries regarding changing the size upon receiving the confirmation message, shipping address change, overall cancelling orders.
SHIPPING
How long does it take to ship?
Due to Covid-19, our shipping days are limited than normal with fewer employees working. Please allow an extra few days delay before your shipment is processed. All Domestic orders take about 3-5 days for processing time. International orders take 3-7 days processing + three weeks delivery time.
For Pre-Orders, tracking numbers will be updated around the estimated month of arrival stated in the product's listing. Please make sure to check tracking number regularly if awaiting your item.
Do you ship Internationally? Which countries?
Yes. We currently ship to USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Japan, Philippines.
I don't see my country, can you ship to me?

What if my package is lost?
Contact your Postal Service Provider immediately and respond to your Shipping Confirmation E-mail to let us know. Chrissa Sparkles is not responsible for lost/stolen packages. In an event this occurs, we may contact your Postal Service Provider for additional assistance.
What if my package was stolen?
If a package has been delivered to the correct shipping address that was provided at checkout, we are not held responsible for lost or stolen packages. We know how frustrating this can be, but is unfortunately out of our control. It is up to the receiver to follow up with UPS or USPS. We may contact your Postal Service Provider for additional assistance if necessary.
ALL INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS are responsible for duties and tax charges.
If those charges aren't paid to the assigned courier, your package WILL be returned to our HQ. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for all costs, as we are not reliable for additional charges that may occur during shipment.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Do you accept returns or exchanges on your items?
We accept returns and exchanges after 7 days your item is delivered. Due to our Pre-Order/Made to Order model, we cannot accommodate refunds at this time, but we can offer store credit. Please measure yourself accordingly. All sale/sample sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.
Please read item listings thoroughly, as some Made to Order items cannot honor exchanges or returns.
How does the exchange process work?
A return label will be sent to the email which was provided to us on the order number. Please make sure to attach a copy of your invoice to the returned item so the exchange process goes smoothly. Delivery of an exchanged item takes about 1-2 weeks after the original product is sent back to us.
What if my item arrives damaged?
You can choose to respond to your confirmation e-mail or contact hello@chrissasparkles.com with your order number and clear photos of the garment defect. Please notify us immediately after you receive your item for a return label and a replacement.
*ALL INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS are responsible for shipping back items for returns & exchanges, and any payment of shipping.
*International Customers are responsible for paying the duties and tax fees upon the arrival of replacement product. Chrissa Sparkles HQ is not responsible for the payment of these fees. Failure to pay will result in the return of the order back to the warehouse.
Made to Order, sale, and Sample Sale items are FINAL SALE and non-returnable.
POPSHOP LIVE ORDERS
All orders processed through PopShop Live are final sale. Questions about exchanges can be sent to hello@chrissasparkles.com.
Samples Sales that occur through PopShop Live are final sale. Damages are noted and specified in the show with customer’s full acknowledgement of pre-existing conditions.
Customers who purchase Chrissa Sparkles products through PopShop Live shows are fully responsible for return/exchange postage. We are not liable for fees that may occur.
